Marks and Irregularities

All pieces are handmade. You may see evidence of my fingerprints, fingernails and/or tool marks. Variations in glaze, texture and size are not considered flaws. These “imperfect” marks and irregularities proudly reflect my very human interaction with my pieces. ~Jennifer Garcia-Friend

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped via USPS or UPS.

In-stock orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks production time for made-to-order items.

Upon shipment, confirmation email with tracking number will be sent.

Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns

Once shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged & Lost Packages

Please email hellojfriend@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving a damaged item. Please include photo of the item’s conditon.

We will ship a replacement as soon as possible free of charge. After 7 business days, all sales are final.

For any lost or stolen packages please contact the shipper with your tracking number.
